SELCO will offer five scholarships of up to $1,500 to defray basic costs to attend the Public Library Association (PLA) National Conference. Portland, Oregon will host this 13th biannual event which offers professional development for anyone interested in the art and science of public library management. The application deadline for those interested in being considered as a scholarship recipient will be, Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 12:00 Noon. For more information, click here
